The NFU Network · Creators & fine art
The Creators Emporium
For makers, artists and musicians. Every work gets a permanent record of its own that works for it everywhere — on the gallery wall, at the craft fair, at the point of sale and long after — and a royalty goes back to its creator every time it is resold.

What an NFU does for your work
Each work is registered as an NFU — a Non-Fungible Utility — on the XRP Ledger. It is not a picture with a receipt: it is a working record that goes wherever the work goes, and does something useful at every stage of its life.
In the studio
A permanent record
Images, description, materials, size, year and the maker's details, stored permanently — with a QR code for the work itself, its label, its frame or its packaging.
Originals and editions
A single original, a numbered limited edition, or an open edition you keep making in batches — each copy with its own record and number.
Your own shop front
A maker profile and one page showing every work you have made, wherever it sits, with no limit on how many.
On display
Scan for the full story
On a gallery wall, an auction-room viewing table, a craft-fair stall or a shop cabinet, the QR opens the work's full record on any phone — images, maker, materials, edition, history and price. No app, no account, no leaflet to print.
Exhibit without selling
Show a work with its full record and no price at all — for exhibitions, portfolios and work you want seen before it is for sale.
Proof at the counter
Anyone buying, valuing or lending against a work can ask the person presenting it to prove they control the wallet that owns it — alongside the usual checks.
At the point of sale
Buy it there and then
At the stall, the gallery or the studio door, the buyer scans the QR and pays in XRP from their Xaman wallet. It settles in seconds, and the work's record moves to the buyer in the same transaction — no card machine and no card fees.
Offers from anywhere
Anyone holding XRP anywhere in the world can make an offer on a work through the XRP Ledger. The owner sees every offer and chooses whether to accept.
Local auctions, worldwide bidders Coming
A sale in a local auction room or at a fair, with bidders anywhere able to bid on the ledger alongside the people in the room.
Selling at a distance
Escrow protection
For work that has to be posted, the buyer's XRP is locked in an escrow on the ledger itself — not held by us or anyone else — and released to the maker when the delivery window ends, unless the buyer raises a dispute first.
Private messages
Buyer and maker can message each other privately about a work. Only people with a real connection to it on the ledger can open a conversation, so there is no spam.
After the sale
A royalty on every resale
When the work is resold on the ledger, a percentage of the transfer fee is passed on automatically to the maker's wallet, recorded in the work itself — on every resale, whoever the seller is.
Its history travels with it
Owners, exhibitions, repairs and certificates are added to its Record History over the years, each entry signed by whoever made it, and they pass to every future owner.
A Passport the owner keeps
The owner can download the work's Passport — a single file that shows its record in any browser, with links to the ledger, even if this site were ever offline.
Every kind of creative work
Work is filed by what it is. These are the kinds of work the Creators Emporium is for; they appear as categories in each district as creators join.
Physical work
Sits in the real district where it is made or shown, alongside that district's other creators — so the people who look after a place on the map benefit when its creators do well.
Digital-only work
Sits in the Cloud — a region for work that exists only online, organised by language instead of country. A printed or displayed edition of the same design sits where it physically is.
Bring your NFT Coming soon
Made work you have already minted as an NFT? Its creator will be able to give it an NFU here — its own record that points back to the original, with its place, its QR code and its Record History.
From Ethereum and other chains
For the work's own creator: you prove you made it by signing a message in the wallet that minted it — free, and nothing moves. Your NFU references the original on its own chain and shows who holds it there now. The original is never copied, locked, wrapped or bridged.
From the XRP Ledger
Keep the original and give it an NFU that references it, or convert it outright: you retire the original yourself and its NFU replaces it — fully sellable, with the creator royalty and its history intact.
How it works
- Get Xaman, the free XRP Ledger wallet, and a little XRP for the registration fee.
- Find your place — your district, or the Cloud for digital-only work — and the category for your kind of work.
- Register the work with its photos and details, and approve in Xaman. It is offered to your wallet only.
- Accept it, and it's yours: list it for sale from its page at your own price, or simply keep its record.
